Hello, I’m Heather, the founder & primary Parent Coach at Llama Do Better Parent Coaching.

I am passionate about guiding & supporting families on their unique journey to a healthier and more positive home life. We will be using the Connected Families Framework which combines brain science & early childhood development with a biblical foundation. You will be equipped with the tools & resources needed to help you develop and work on the skills needed for personal growth, building/maintaining relationships & effective discipline.

I am a wife and mom to six with one special angel awaiting me in Heaven. I have experience in grief, trauma, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, high-energy, divorce, blended families, anger and sensitive & intense.
